Hi there

After 2 attemps contacting edgars account department on fixing the account I have given up. On account 700100100067466979 H Mills I have seen online that there one month of R300 which I paid on behalf of my mother that I just don't pick up which means my current amount outstanding is not correct. I have proof for payments made 3 June 2013 - R200, 25 June - R260, 26 July - R300, 26 Aug 300, 17 Sept 2013 -R440 and 26 Sept 2013 - R520 . If you ad up it comes to R2020. On the latest account of October the outstanding balance is R1743.13. And still there no evidence one R300 payment. The numbers just don't add up. And Edgars just don't fix it or give any response.
