Irritating calls and sms's

I went to Edgars in Kenilworth Centre where I paid R400 on my husbands account in mid July 2013 and at the end of that same week we went and paid R200 which was the TOTAL balance on his account on a manual system as there systems were offline due to the upgrading of the store. So nothing was over due or owing to Edgars!
My husband started receiving calls and sms's saying that his account is way over due and that he will be reported to the credit authorities threatening to blacklist him if he did not pay his account. I spoke to one of the consultant and explained that we never missed a payment and explained about the manual payment done etc. they wanted proof of the payments as the last payments on their system was in MAY 2013!

Totally ridiculous if their systems are not up to date and then they requested proof of the payments. I emailed them pictures of the manua; payment done and asked that once they receive it do they have a checklist infront of them that will inform them not to harass my husband the next day.

Two days passed and my husband started getting the calls and sms's once again.
We had to physically go to the store in KC and the credit manager apologised and sorted!
