Glassfit Wynberg - poor workmanship and no feedbac

Had w/screen replaced mid2012-Glassfit at my work premises by their mobile unit. All well until I noticed water droplets coming into my car soon after. It startd as small amounts which I didnt take notice of at 1st not thinking that origin would be the w/screen. I really started noticing it when the 1st Cape rains startd & brough my car into Glassfit Wynberg End April 2013.They didn't believe me at 1st however after much waiting they decided to do a quick-job on it & just filled the top section of the windscreen area with silicone. I was promised that it would work.

Parked my car for a few weeks only to find that the leaking was still there - when I returned. Took my car back to Glassfit Wynberg on Friday 12th July - they then decided that the windscreen must be removed & re-fitted. During the removal they discovered the problem - which was defective workmanship in the original fitting of the windscreen (no apology). Recieved my car - noticed they didn't clean up where they worked, I had to ask for a vacuum cleaner & cleaned myself. While I was driving back I noticed that my inside window lining had come loose during their work. I Phoned the Sat 13th, 15th, 16th-Still waiting!
