The customer service @ Edgars Westgate Shopping Centre is beyond pathetic. There is always one or two tellers attending tomore than 10/15 customers in the queue during the course of the week.
Yesterday (15/07/2013) I went into the store to purchase 4 pillows, standing more than 30 minutes in the queue. As I finish pay for them, the lady tells me they have no packets. A guy who also works there tells me they dont have budget. Can such a huge company as Edgars not cater for their customers.
Management really need to look deep into that store & especially the employees there. They lack customer service, they take their own sweet time attending to 1 cutomer & they lack knowledge of the items been sold.
I am Edgars account holder for more than 2 years & that store never fails to dissapoint me.
