On Thursday 20/June/2013 I reported my car's broken window. Nicole refered me to Glassfit for an investigation. Glassfit investigated the incident and reported back to Virgin Insurance that they have a glass to fit in. On Friday I took my car back to Glassfit sothat they fit in the glass.
Nicole and her manager decided to refer the incident to a company called Windsreen Direct. It is one of their suppliers, together with Glassfit. Windscreen did'nt have the reguired glass and services. They could only have those "possibly" on Monday the 24th after hours. I called Nicole eleven times, using my airtime worth over two hundred rands, asking her to give authority to Glassfit, which was having the reguired service. They refused for reasons which they refused to give.
I can only conclude that the reasons for them to onsist on giving a job to a company that did not have the reguired service was either plain stupidity, or corruption where they were going to have kick back, or worse, Windscreen is probably being run by their reletives.
Whoever join you does so at his/her personal risk. I paid over R1000 from my pocket, while they'll will still happily deduct from my account @ month end.
