Outsurance and Glassfit giving bad service

I did a window claim on my car for an attempted break in on the 25th of January 2013.

The response was quick and the claim was processed the next day. A lady called me on Fri 26 Jan and confirmed Glasfit in Bellville will be calling me back soon. But no one called me back confirming when i can get my window fixed. The next week i had to make several calls to Outsurance and asked them to get back to me on why Glasfit was taking so long.

Only 2 weeks after the incident. And after calling Glasfit Bellville twice (Glasfit had no record of the window claim) and also calling Outsurance direcly afterwards. Glassfit returned with a call, two days after calling Outsurance for the final time. Saying they will find out what happened. Not even calling me back to say my window will be here in the next 2 to 3 days, i had to find this out myself at the place the window had to be ordered from.

Hopefully my window will be in by the 14th of February, which will make it 3 weeks with a broken window.

Sadly i don't think i want to be with Outsurance anymore, after this bad service.
