Two months; many e-mails later and no further response. I managed to get hold of Theresa Hartley once: she promised to come back to me the next day. The landline is never answered; the mobile number is never available. I have called 3 to 5 times a week; e-mailed a number of times and it appears the promised service is totally non-existen!
