Bought a pillow top bed 22/03/2013, under 90 day exchange program upgraded to Dunlopillo mattress only 19/04/2013. Still awaiting delivery which was paid for 19/04/2013. The manager at Brits keeps on referring me to the distribution centre where I can not get a hold of anyone to help me. Lost faith in this business entirely and requested refund from manager at Brits... guess what? He'll get the regional manager to phone me... in five weeks time I suppose!!!
