Speed fine sent to incorrect address

I am totally apalled by this exceptionally weak behaviour by cape town traffic department. I received a speed fine in which the details on the photo included are totally incorrect - the licence plate number does clearly not match mine.

It is an indication of ineptitude and incompetence from an orginisation that is supposed and required to set and maintain examples.

I demand of the traffic department that this be corrected with immediate effect.
