Dear Chief Prosecutor
On Friday, July 19, 2013 at 10h21 I, Juan Claasen, 9011205019084, yield at a pedestrian crossing in Devereux Avenue, East London. The traffic light was orange. A pedestrian was on the zebra line. The light turned green at the traffic light. The person was now walking in front of me. 100m further on, the above mentioned was seen by a traffic officer as an obstruction.
I am a Student at UNISA and was given a written notice number: 85551 as the traffic officer said it is possible to reduce this fine. Due to the above-mentioned information I would like to know whether this fine could be cleared.
