2 weeks ago I wrote via HelloPeter to American Swiss regarding my wife's ring that's falling apart after just a year and half and that they wanted to charge me almost the ring's original price to fix it. They responded to say that they will get back to me, but still no response.
This is the last time I purchase anything from American Swiss, I will rather go to the competitors.
