A very dissapointed customer I received an sms on my cell phone regarding a traffic fine that has happened in Randburg not in Rustenburg were I reside. I called the Avis customer help line of which I was advised to go to my nearest traffic department to pay the fine and remember this fine has happened in the Gauteng Province and I went to the Rustenburg Traffic Department and I was told that this fine has to be paid at the Gauteng Province of which I came back and contacted the same department at Avis and the other consultant advised me to wait until the fine is transferred into my name then i could pay i was not happy about that and she said unfortunately the is nothing she could do i must wait for the letter from the Gauteng Traffic Department to summon me this is not healthy at all is there any one to sort this mess for me?
