On Sunday, 7th July, I went to buy make up at the Estee Lauder counter. I was helped by a lady who said that she would help me. She then proceeded to give me the incorrect make up and when I asked her about it she became rude and obnoxious with me. I think this is disgusting and I have decided that I will not go back to Edgars in woodlands EVER again. I left the make up there and I walked out. this is not the first time it has happened, we have encountered bad service from Edgars when trying to buy a watch there for my son last month and we also decided to go and buy it somewhere else.
