I went into the store on Friday the 9th of August. I walked by a few counters before stopping at the Estee Lauder counter. Samantha was the only person who acknowledged me with a welcoming smile and greeted me. She even acknowledged my daughter who was with me. It was definitely a first for me because it normally takes a while before anybody responds to you let alone smiles! She was knowledgeable about her products and helpful. I had no intention purchasing anything as I still have enough of my products however due to her wonderful service I purchased anyway. It was also the first time that a consultant at the Lauder counter had taken my details. Samantha deserves to be recognised for her excellent service and she should definitely share some of her wisdom on going the extra mile with fellow colleagues.
