I have requested Edgars to email me my statement several times. The customer services agent who assisted me @ Edgars Woodlands requested the Call Centre to send my statement via mail. I am receiving Promotional E-mails only. I received no statement.
I was at Edgars - Carnival Mall. They helped me AGAIN with the same procedure. Again no joy.
For the 3rd time I went to Edgars-Woodlands. The agent who helped me confirmed that my email address was incorrect. It was rectified a month ago... I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A STATEMENT
What more must I do to receive a statement??
At the end of June I made a payment without receiving a statement... maybe I must stop paying... to receive a statement???
Can someone please now assist me in sending me a statement PLEASE!!!
