Thank I registered for hello peter now I can tell the whole world of the bad experience iv had with incredible in Vanderbijlpark. I bought speakers from them in 2011, and they broke while still on warranty, I gave the speakers back to be fixed, they took all my details and said it takes time for repairs because they have a whole lot of things to repair and promised to call me as soon as my speakers are ready for collection.
I then moved to mpumalanga as i found a job there, about 5 to 6 months later I contacted them as they did not bother to contact me, but to my surprise no one knew anything about my speakers, they took my number and promised to investigate and they never returned my call. I gave up on my speakers but its hard to forget what they did to me and I want the whole world to know how of a bad service they rende
