Is this the "Woolies difference" - non delivery?

After 3 phone calls to the call centre and several emails, I am still waiting for delivery of an item ordered on 17 April through Woolworths online shopping. This is unacceptable as the order was processed and delivery was scheduled for Saturday 20 April.
When does Woolworths plan to deliver this item and how are they going to rectify this poor customer experience?
