Since numerous complaints and phone calls as well as promises from the store manager and Jerry at Head Office I till today have not received my Sealy bed. The purchase was made in April 2013 and to date I have only received empty promises. My debit order went through in June and I insisted that they ay my money back to me after phoning the store manager. Numerous times and listening to from the staff as to his whereabouts I got my payment back. Again this month the money was deducted and I put a hold on the money at my bank and today I received an sms from Joshua Doore advising me to pay what a joke pay for what. Please can you forward me the Consumer complaints boards details as I have had enough of empty promises and manager Peter's attitude and bad customer service. Please respond as soon as possible.
