Account shows balance since 2011

I settled my account on 20/11/2011. Legal fees were added after this date. I have been struggling to have this removed since then. I finally received a paid up letter last week. When I went into the store yesterday to open a new account, they said I still had an outstanding balnce of R116.41. The one computer said it had been settled and the other computer said I still owed R116.41. How is this possible? Two computers in sthe same store... not even a meter apart..reflect differently. I am now tired of trying to get someone to help me have this sorted out as they keep passing the buck. Yesterday I specifically wanted to buy at the 50% off sale and because I could not open an account, because of the amount STILL outstanding I was unable to make use of the opportunity to purchase at the sale. I am so disappointed in Edgars and the way this has been handled since 2011... enough is enough!!!
