I bought a lounge suite at Joshoa doore Springs (R14 000 Calgan lounge) and right after delivery I noticed that bad assembly on the different sections were clearly noticeable and after a month sagging at the centre of the three seater. Right away I layed a complaint at Joshoa doore manager with a lot of promises but no action and since that time I am at the fourth manager. At the end they told me to contact the supplier myself and speak to them because Joshoa doore have nothing to do with the repairs and complaints, and thats what I did and the very same scenario all promises but no action. One attempted was made to collect the lounge suite with no loan or replacement suite and that was the end of it. I really do not know what else to do because no attemt of myne has been successful and this is my second complaint to Hello Peter...???
