I made purchases to the value of 7949.37 which was paid WITHOUT TERMS and was told that I would have my furniture delivered on Saturday the 9th February 2013 - starting to think they meant February 2014!!! As I work frm Monday to Friday, Saturday is more convenient. But I gave strict instructions that delivery needs to be atleast by 1.30pm. I had things to do like any working class citizen that I do not get time to during the week! Firstly, I CALLED JOSHUA DOORE SOUTHGATE about where my goods were? Then all I heard was promises! I waited till 2pm, NOTHING! 3pm NOTHING! Manager calls and says by 4pm - its 6.19am the 10th ANNNDDDD NOTHING! I regret making purchases from your store! I will in future advise friends, family and anyone to NEVER purchase from JOSHUA DOORE! You made moving into my new home a dreadful experience! I WANT MY DELIVERY RETURNED IN COLD HARD CASH because you delivered JACK! Once the money hit your account, you didnt care about your CUSTOMER! I am appaulled and furious!
