On 23/5/2013 I fixed a puncture at the above store. When I had a flat about a month later on the same tire the nuts were fastened so tightly that not even the Hulk in a fit of rage could unfasten any of them by hand. It cost me a half a day at work to get a towing company to my home to tow me to the competitors and fix the tire. I was on holiday just before that so what would have happened if I got a flat in the middle of nowhere?
To top it off the guy at billing told me that the Discovery Insure discount does only apply to tyres and is only valid for a number of times per year. Later I found out it should apply on everything up to a monetary limit. Too much effort to add the discount? Other branch do add the discount and do the work correctly so unfortunately other stores will get my business from no on
