I wanted to use my card to use the remaining balance only to find out that the machine was offline. so the lady asked her to help me out instead she checked the balance and gave me the card, I told her that I want to withdraw the remaining balance from the card and she said the lady didn't tell her that. after she said withdrew the money and told me that I'm boring her.
