I read on the packaging of the card that I can be able to check my balance at any absa ATM! But nowhere it is ever written that the balance I am getting from the ATM does not correspond with the 1 from your bus stations. On Monday afternoon I checked my balance at ABSA Braamfontein & it showed my available balance as R154, it didn't make sense to me, but I didn't question it because I just load my card whenever I have cash, I went to check again on Tuesday the available balance was then R108, it was fine by me since I knew it was going to be sufficient until pay day... But to my surprise Today afternoon I had insufficient fund in my account, I got a shock of my life to find that I only had R1.44 balance.

& the teller told me the balance I am getting at ABSA is not going to correspond with theirs! Which made me very angry & irate as nobody explained that before?

How am I supposed to know that as a customer?

2ndly at BUS no 7081 F2 Thokoza to Protea Glen, the Tap out machine was not working on Tuesday evening, in the morning the driver didn't't allow me to tap out 1st, then again I was charged a penalty fee! How is it my fault that I couldn't tap out?
