Yet another week has gone by without any delivery or any feedback from Homemark. Is it that difficult to cancel an order and pay me back my money after YOU (HOMEMARK) failed to deliver on you promise?
If anyone has the to get back to me I would appreciate it.
Is this really the service we are used to in South Africa? Bad service, bad response, just plain BAD BAD Customer relationships.
They don't even respond to any complaint... probably to embarrassed.
