Yes Edgar's, as customers, we love being ignored

On the 17th of June I bought 5 airtime vouchers using their USSD function. I only received 2 of the 5 I bought. Thanks to their awesome billing system, I was billed for all of them.

Please don't bother telling me you have logged it on my behalf... I did it twice and here are the reference numbers:
1955985/20130618/S.G.N (17 June 2013)
1962370/20130625/S.G.N (25 June 2013)

Today is the 1 July 2013 and no response on any of the mails I sent.

Now we wait I guess...
