OVERALL BAD SERVICE

You have won a set of knifes... that's how the call starts... but wait there is more... Yes more that you have to pay for!!! I placed an order on the 31/05/2013. They say delivery of 7 - 14 days... its the 25/06/2013. 25 days to deliver an order... I phoned last week to cancel this order and everyone is just passing you on to someone else. Now the order was never cancelled and I can expect it tomorrow morning, lets see if that ever happens!!! I thought Groupon was bad... but Homemark is worse. Bad service. But that is what we are used to in this country. I will never in my life take a call from a Homemark telesales person ever again.
