I purchased a KIC fridge in April from Game Southgate and had problems as I was told it fell off the truck the day it was to be delivered, the warehouse said they replaced the fridge. Well needless to say my fridge sounds like an Jumbo jet when the compressor kicks in. I phoned the Game call centre and was told the manager of Game Southgate will contact me regarding my complaint. This is bad service as I have spent a vast amount of money on a new fridge. I do not know if the fridge I have is the one that fell off the truck. I want this sorted out or this matter will be taken further. Game service is always slow and atrocious. either a new fridge will be delivered or I want my money back and I will go spend it at a retailer that does care.
Joe Your technician was at my place today regarding the issues with the fridge and was simply told to record the noise and send it to him, he doesn't understand that when the fridge thermostat cools and kicks in again, it makes a terrible noise. I really do not have time to sit in front of my fridge and wait to record the noise. I am at work.
If this is the kind of service KIC offers its customers well its pathetic.
