On the December 14, 2012 I orderd a demawand which Homemark advertise on their website. The salesperson where Selby Mathe. On the December 15, 2012 they collected the amount of R609.00 from my bank account with a delivery promise of 3-5 workingdays. After 20 days Januaury 4, 2013 of non delivery (I took in account that it was Christmas ect) I contacted Homemark and were told the item where never orderd. I then asked for a backpayment. Phoned several times and send two emails. No one called me back. Each consultant tells me they can see that I requested a backpayment due to non delivery and that someone will call me within 24 hours. How do I get my money out of these people?
