Closed Account But ITC's not Updated

Closed my Account in February and I got a confirmation On 22 February 2013 13:50 advising me that the account has been closed and months later I found out that the account was not closed but marked as Paid Up.

I then requested that the Account be closed and All ITC's to be updated and I got an Email again confirming that the account has been closed, Yet again I check and it is not True.

I have advised them that this is blocking me from trading with other providers and it needs to be closed and marked as closed on the ITC's.
