I closed my account because having an open account affected my credit profile. After I closed the account, I was told that I will not be able to open another account again with EDGARS, that is fine, if I need to buy from them I will pay cash or use my credit card. After closing the account, the Credit Bureaus were updated, but with status "PAID UP", not "CLOSED". I have emailed them on more than one occasion asking them to please update the account status on all Credit Bureaus to "CLOSED" but no luck! Can someone please make a plan!
