I had an account at foshini, which was open for 5 month. i paid up and closed the account around 2012 november. it was not closed then i asked them to close it about three times and for them to send me a letter stating that the account had been closed.

now everytime i ask for credit, i get told about this account which is paid up cause it appears on my itc. profiling.

could someone please give me a letter showing that the account is paid up and closed so that i can send it to the itc so that my itc profile is updated.
