On 2013/12/13 I settled my woolworths account and closed it. I asked for a confirmation letter to state that I have closed it and that I have paid off the account. I was told that the letter could only be supplied the following day, so I went back the next day. I was again told that it shows on the system my account was closed, but they could not supply me with a confirmation letter. I would be emailed this letter. I phoned again on the following Wednesday, and was then told that my account was never closed. I asked for closure and the appropriate letter. They closed it, but no email was received regarding the closure. Until today I am still waiting for my letter of confirmation. These people are handling bussiness very unproffessionaly and in some cases have no idea what they are doing. Please do NOT do bussiness with this company. You will regret it. Their customer helpline is incompetent and sometimes just unavailable. Their channels are unuser friendly and non existant in some cases. Thank you.
