My Incredible connection account was closed 4 years ago after I paid it off, but was apparently never closed according to the person that phoned me a year ago asking for monies outstanding on the account. He advised me that the account would finally be closed and was due to an error on their side. Today 19.03.2013 I get a call again advising me that I owe money. AFTER 4 YEARS THIS ACC IS STILL NOT CLOSED!!! Seriously, is incredible connection doing so bad that they have to harbor on old clients for a few cents?! I've also just checked my credit rating and IT STILL SHOWS THIS ACC AS BAD CREDIT!! I expect this to be sorted out ASAP!
I want someone to contact me and give proof that this account is now closed!!! once and for all!!!
