I paid the total amount due on my Woolworths Store Card. I paid it on the 12 August 2013. I called the call centre and requested that my account be closed once the payment reflects. And that I receive written confirmation once the account has been closed.
I was advised to email: [Email Removed] requesting the account to be closed and the proof of payment.
I received a confirmation email that the email has been received. I called today the 19 August 2013 and I was advised that no request or proof of payment /documentation has been received.
This is unacceptable! Please close this account immediately and send me the confirmation in writing.
