Closure of account not updated on ITC!

I closed my account last year in august and i was informed it was closed and that my itc will be updated after 10 days of closure and in December i requested my itc record and i noticed that you guys did not keep your promise and it still shows that am owing and the account is not closed, please update accordingly because this is affecting me to get a job saying that i owe you guys while in my knowledge i paid you and requested that you closed the account.

I need proof of closure to provide to my employer and proof from you guys that you have updated my ITC RECORD IT DO DATE.
