Yesterday I received a call from attorneys, the lady said I had fetched medicine from the Clicks pharmacy last month and my medical aid had not paid R88, to which I responded- no problem I am going to get my repeat script tomorrow, so I will settle it then, no problem. She then informed me that I could not do that as my account had been handed over. I am disgusted as not once have I received a call for this, had I, I would have gone to pay it immediately, yet they have not contacted me. But they have handed my account over, so now I am liable for extra fees for something I didn't even get informed about. And I can't pay in the store I have to pay the attorneys. I am sorry but this is unacceptable, surely they could have called before handing the account over. The service at this pharmacy is already mediocre at best, now they just hand accounts over. Very disappointing. Especially since my first response was no problem I'll go pay them...
