Clicks pharmacy parkrand and all others take at least 40 minutes to fill a script request for medicines. The queues are always long and the waiting time per person is triple that of a Dischem or local pharmacy. Parkrand pharmacy have also lost all their data and now cannot access my scripts resulting in me not being able to receive my important meds for the month. No backups were done and no apology was given for the inconvenience. Now all the doctors have to be contacted again so that they can find the information necessary to provides with our medicine!
I will NEVER use a clicks pharmacy again. Their systems are archaic and service slow. Dischem is the way to go.
