I am very upset. I have logged and complain this problem 3 times over the last year. An Indian guy phoned me last year and told me everything is now sorted out.
I have 9 (NINE) profiles on the Clicks Pharmacy website. Every time a visit Clicks to get my medication it is one big frustration. The pharmacy at Watermeyerpark gave me the CP number yesterday that was now put on the system by Clicks Headquarters in the last few weeks. They also change my initials to my husband's initials. My husband don't even buy medicine ever at Clicks. I do!
Who gave Clicks permission to change the initials?
I am the main Medical Aid member AND my initials are AH de Almeida.
I need now:
1 Delete all the other 8 profiles. For ever!!!
2 Keep only ONE profile CP46315
3 Change the initials on the system of CP46315 to Mrs AH de Almeida - (not CMO)!!!
4 I only want ONE profile CP46315 AH de Almeida on the Clicks Pharmacy system.
Please phone me very urgently!!! This is unacceptable that Clicks is not doing their job and be professional.
