I've been filling my prescription at clicks for over 2 years & since moving from Port Alfred to Ballito I have never had such ridiculous service! every month is a fight to get my medicine! End Feb/early March Noel from clicks Ballito informed me my script was nearly complete so I gave him the new 1 (a 6 month repeat). Every month subsequently has been a fight. I collected my meds from Umhlali clicks end march who told me I had no script. the lady was helpful & gave me my meds & said she would call to sort it with Ballito. She called me the next day to say Noel had "found" it & it was sorted. then I went to ballito clicks in April to get my meds where I was once again told that I had no script. after freaking out Noel "sorted" it again & still had the cheek to tell me I shouldn't use Clicks Umhlali as they are useless. twice since then I have gone to umhlali to collect my meds & TWICE I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS! the last straw was on Monday after my fianc? sat there for nearly 2 hrs where they eventually arranged to have my dr send a new script AND STILL ONLY GAVE MY 2 TABLETS INSTEAD OF A MONTH! Umhlali at least attempted to help but I am beyond angry at the uselessness of Clicks in general
