Pharmacists keep billing my medical savings account and not my PMB/Chronic account. I've called head office 5 times in this month, and still have not had anyone call me back as I have been promised. My MSA is now fully depleted and I can no longer see my specialist, get meds, get any treatment of any kind.
The pharmacist is rude and always making mistakes with my medication. I am on very strong meds, and if I don't watch everything she gives me, I could end up in a coma or worse. If she doesn't give me the complete wrong meds, she gives me the wrong doses. This happens every time.
I have been sent an account for R2447.11 for meds that was processed wrong in the pharmacy. I NEVER applied for or wanted an account with Clicks. This is unacceptable. Is someone going to call me and sort this mess out before I get handed over for an account that should never have been opened?
