I went to edgars Newcastle mall in January to do a cellphone claim,
the cellphone consultant charged the wrong colour fone onto my claim (charged a black phone instead of a white),
he was suppose to reverse the one cellphone insurance and leave the correct one on the account
i called him last month, he said he had emailed Finrite, and it will be revered..
i have been into edgars dundee on fridau 14/06/2013 and they checked my statement, and no reversal was made onto my account..
there is also late assessment fees being charged on my account, which would have not been there if i wasnt being charged twice.
PLEASE REVERSE ALL THE MONTHS I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE, AS WELL AS ALL THE LATE CHARGES, ALSO CLEAR IT FROM ITC, AS IT SHOWS I AM PAYING MY ACCOUNT LATE!!!
