EDGARS IS ALL OUT TOO LOOSE LOYAL CLIENTS 23 YEAR

I FICA ed my account as requested by Edgars which is now run by ABSA (Should say no more ABSA BANK
HAS ALWAYS SUCKED) Last year 31st Oct.2012 went with all details so account could be Fica ed from Jan 2013 my account has been put on hold and to date is still on hold. Due to the fact that they say I have not
given them proof of residence. Which was submitted with all documents on the 31 st Oct 2012.So you tell me WHO IS AT FAULT BUT WITHOUT A DOUBT THEY HAVE SENT ME SMS TO SAY I MUST PAY my account or I will be blacklisted. My question what happens to the culprits that lost what they needed to FICA my account.
And why are we always threatened that we will be black listed when there is no service???
I also requested by email last year Aug.2012 to stop my cellphone insurance to date I am still been charged R40 A month SO SHOULD I REQUEST THAT EDGARS BE PUT ON A LIST.I WANT TO KNOW WHO WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR BLOKING MY ACCOUNT AFTER 23 YEARS AND NEVER MISSING PAYMENTS.AND WHO AND WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT MY R40 THAT I AM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR WHICH AMOUNTS TO R400 FOR THE 10 MONTHS SINCE I REQUESTED IT TOO BE CANCELLED.OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT
