On 06-07-2013 we insured a second cellphone on our Edgars acc. In September i noticed the amount for two cellphones have not been deducted. I took both slips to Edgars Walmer Park, PE, on 24 September where the assistant made a copy to send in to head office and informed me that we will be back charged for the months they have not deducted. Today at the Uitenhage Edgars I was informed that the cellphone has not been added and that I will not be back charged. I would like to know why the cellphone has not as yet been insured and why the lady at Walmer Park told me we would be back charged if this is not the case. I have communicated with the staff running the Facebook page but they have been ignoring me since 30 September and I find it very rude. My mother is the account holder and they asked for her contact details to contact her but still no contact, feedback or answers.
