Hi, I will never purhase anything from this company again. I ordered 2 items (R4200) on 15 May, paid using my debit card. Received an e-mail confirming my order the next morning. Since then it only been from almost every person I spoke to. On 1 July I phone the call centre since i haven't received any update from Homechoice since I placed the order. I was told that the inner set arived and will be couriered the following week and that they will get shipment on the duvey set on the 10th. Friday I phoned the call centre and was told that the duvey set will only arive in July, I then asked what happened to the inner set and then was told that the person I spoke to 1 July didn't understand the process as it goes through a whole process before shipping and that it is still being processed. I then ask then to cancel the order and refund me. I was told by the supervisor that the payment will take 48 hours and they will get someone to phone me to get banking details. I then gave my banking details and he told me the money will be in my account Saturday morning. Saturday at 11h19 I phoned and was told that it will take 7-10 days. This is unacceptable!!!
