Good Afternoon,
Upon receiving my account statement this month through the post I noticed a deduction of R39.00 on the 27/12/13 with Ref No: 8071/0001 and description as SMS AIR SUBSCRI.
This is clearly a mistake as I did not ever agree to any form of subscription services from Edgars or relevant partners in matters of cellphone subscription and did not even get the service which is deducted.
This is clearly a criminal activity and not a mere administrative mistake. Since I did not give voice or any signature to approve this transaction on to my account. Which is and unlawfully deducted to my account.
Please cancel this subscription service immediately and reverse the charged cost on my account.
This first time that its appearing on my account And want it terminated and not wait months to correct.
