I found out later this month that i have been charged for a cellphone insurance i did nt sign up for and it was going like that for 4 month. i discovered it when i was enquiring abouy the balance that is nt going down but i pay my account in time and never skip any payment. they put me on the fone with their headoffice i think whereby i was told that they can only refund me for two months cos it was my responsibilty to check my statement. i told them the statement comes after a month later and already paid and i was working with the slip that i got from the till after paying. i want to be fully refunded cos i did nt authorized or sign up somthing like that since i have never purchase any cellphone at their retail stores. please help me to be refunded fully. thank u
