I am a happy Identity customer BUT have i gotten the shock of my life i called the number 0214601000 and MMM does a RUDE FRUSTRATED lady answer... and asks how she can assist, i then all friendly say i need assistance regarding my ID account and need to know if my name has been CLEARED, and then it all starts she answers me in a SARCASTIC MANNER, CALL ITC, WHAT and i then go SARCASTIC back and forced her to listen and explained to her how it works shockingly she was supposed to know this, and only after i told her how to handle my query she assisted me in an appropriate manner... SHOCKED at service i receieved as i shop at ID alot my whole wardrope is ID and the stores Southgate and Lenasia knows me the staff always friendly so i dont know where ZETHU comes from
