I'm sooo disgusted in the way Sbu handle my complaint, further more we got cut and he didn't bother to call back.i had to keep on calling him back, leave voice messages for him and he took his sweet time to get back at me and when he did, he told me just how sorry they were but they couldn't assist me.he gave me his reasons that only made sense to him.i don't want to deal with anyone else i want to speak to a senior manager from Identity now or the CEO beacuse i'm really unhappy.i feel like this is more that anything else, black people will say or treat their fellow black people the way they feel suits because we not suppose to know anything about good service.i left those shoes at the Jabulani branch and if nothing can't be done maybe they can repair the shoes and sell them to someone else i guess my money went down the drain.trust me not to ever buy anything from IDEntity again.their service really SUXXX
