I bought a jean from Identity and it is small for me I took it back to change it and Staff says i cant because I wore it and that's not true how will I wear something that doesn't fit??? it will be uncomfortable, I took it back on Saturday to change it and they still say the same thing Identity Trade route mall Staff are Rude and have no way of addressing their customers, very very Bad!!!
